Four-wall wire enclosure unit is freestanding and can be utilized anywhere in a facility to provide a secure enclosure. These cages can be set up in any location regardless of wall configuration, and provide wire mesh security from every side of the cage. Cages are built with high-strength 2" x 1" woven steel wire mesh welded to a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" angle frame for complete security. Doors include cylinder key locks, other lock options are available.
Some assembly required on locking components and some accessories. Universal construction allows for left or right configuration of the door, with inside or outside swing.

Panels:
Panels are constructed of 10 gauge (.135) steel wire, woven into 2" x 1" rectangular mesh and securely welded to a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" steel angle frame. Frames have 7/8" x 7/16" slotted holes for mounting to posts and adjacent panels. Panels four to seven feet wide have one 1/4" x 3/4" stiffener welded to the frame. Wider panels have two stiffeners.
Posts
Posts are made of 2" x 2" x 14 gauge (.083) steel tubing. Base plates of 2" x 7" x 1/4" steel flat with two 7/16" round holes for floor anchoring, are welded to each. A decorative cap is tack welded to the top. Posts are drilled with 1/2" holes to accept hardware for mounting panels and doors. Hole spacing is set to leave a 3 1/4" sweep space below the panels. Posts have a 2" projection above the panels.
Doors
Doors are constructed of 10 gauge (.135) steel wire, woven into 2" x 1" rectangular mesh and securely welded to a 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 3/16" steel angle frame. Stiffeners, two horizontal and one vertical, of 1/4" x 3/4" steel flat are securely welded to the frame behind the mesh.
Hardware
All erection hardware is supplied. Panel mounting hardware is 3/8" standard thread grade two plated fasteners. Floor anchors are 3/8" wedge type.
Finish
Nonplated parts receive one coat of gray acrylic enamel. Touch up paint is included with each order. Other colors are available.

4-wall wire security cage with ceiling.
A wire mesh security cage prevents pilferage, encloses work areas, and creates customized, accessible security areas in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. It gives you control of who has access to valuable stock.
- Partitions are assembled with durable 3/8" hardware.
- Hardware is not accessible from the exterior.
- Double-tough construction provides unequaled strength and security.
- Installation is fast because the design uses fewer total parts.
- Panels install horizontally between 14-gauge tubular posts. They are steel wire woven into 2" x 1" rectangular mesh and securely welded to a 1¼" x 1¼" x 3/16" steel angle frame.
- Listed dimensions reflect exterior size; enclosed dimensions are slightly smaller.
- Standard footplates are 2" x 7". They extend outside the post by 2½" per corner post position depending on footplate orientation. They will slightly increase overall dimensions.
- If you are in a seismic zone, or your floor is not smooth or even, a larger footplate may be required.
- If overall dimensions are extremely critical to your project, contact us for assistance. We can calculate the precise size of your enclosure in advance.
- Finish: Gray acrylic enamel. Available with gray powder coat finish upon request at no extra cost (may extend lead time). Other colors are also available in powder coat for an additional fee; contact us for more information.
Gate: 3' wide single-hinged gate is 7'3¾" tall with a transom panel on top sized to match overall partition height. Includes three 4" x 4" 10-gauge tight pin hinges, key lock, door posts, and all hardware. It is constructed to work on the left or right hand side, and to swing inside or outside of the partition.

Ceiling not included. This is an open-topped security partition. You can order models with a fully-enclosed wire mesh ceiling.
